We
begin every design project by first understanding your
goals, gathering information — both internal and external
— and analyzing market data.
Once
your goals and objectives have been defined, we work with
you to identify the key features and benefits of your product
and service offerings — in addition to identifying
competitive strengths and weaknesses.
From
this exercise, we identify key messages and determine
the actions we want the target audience to take and the
information we want them to take away.
We
also determine how we will evaluate the effectiveness of
the campaign against predetermined goals.
Only
then is the assignment turned over to the creative department,
which is armed with the necessary information required
to create a successful campaign.
